Yes! Every product at All Things Kawaii is handmade or hand-finished in small batches. From our artisan body care to our embroidered accessories and home goods, each item is thoughtfully crafted with care, quality, and attention to detail.
🧼 Are your body care products suitable for sensitive skin?
Our body care products are made with skin-loving ingredients and are designed to be gentle for most skin types. However, because everyone's skin is unique, we recommend reviewing the ingredient list on each product page before purchasing, especially if you have known allergies or sensitivities.
If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
🌿 What fragrances do you use?
We use high-quality, skin-safe fragrance oils to create our unique scents. Every fragrance is carefully selected to reflect the personality, atmosphere, and story behind each anime- and game-inspired collection.
🐰 Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes! We do not test our finished products on animals.
🎮 What inspires your collections?
Our collections are inspired by the anime, games, and cozy fandoms we love. Every scent, embroidered design, and collection is thoughtfully created to celebrate the characters and stories that have inspired us while remaining original handmade creations.
🪡 Are your embroidered items iron-on?
Our embroidered collection includes both iron-on patches and embroidered pin patches. Because each product is designed differently, we recommend checking the individual product description for application or attachment details before purchasing.
📦 How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey to you. Refer to Shipping & Returns if your order includes a comfort pillow.
🔄 What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of personal care products, all body care items are final sale for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your body care order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll be happy to make it right.
Unused embroidered items, accessories, stationery, and home goods may be returned within 10 days of delivery. Please visit our Shipping & Returns page for complete details.

✨ Why does my handmade item look slightly different from the photos?
Because every item is handmade, slight variations in color, embroidery placement, swirl patterns, and overall appearance are completely normal. These small differences make each piece unique and are part of the charm of owning a handcrafted product.

We're always excited to hear your suggestions! While we can't guarantee every request will become a future collection, we love hearing which anime, games, and characters you'd like to see next.
