Every order is carefully packed and shipped from our studio.

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Note: Embroidered Comfort Pillows are made to order. Make time 2-3 days + Processing Time = 5-6 Days before shipment
- If you place an order and it includes a Comfort Pillow please note everything will ship at once. The order will not be broken into multiple shipments.
  - If you wish to receive your other items first please place two orders.
Once your package has been shipped, you'll receive tracking information via email.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier.

🛍What if I place an order while you are vending at a convention?

Orders are always welcome while I'm attending conventions! Please note that processing will begin within 2 business days after the convention has ended, as I'll be away from my studio during the event.

By placing an order while I am vending at a convention, you acknowledge and agree to the additional processing time before your order ships. Once I return, I'll carefully pack your order and send your tracking information as soon as it's on its way.

🛁 Body Care

Due to the nature of personal care products, all body care items are final sale.

This includes:

Bar Soap
Body Oil
Body Butter
Lip Products
Hand Soap
Any other skincare or personal care items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos. We'll gladly work with you to make it right.
